Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. Most people are surprised at just how relaxing it is. It can feel similar to the stage prior to falling asleep at night, where we are largely lucid and aware, but also drifting with our thoughts in a dreamy way. Everyone experiences it differently, some with a sense of weightlessness, others feel a heaviness as their muscles relax. However there is always a knowledge of being in control, aware of my voice and being able to come back to full wakefulness at any moment. Unless you enter a deeper state, you may not seem any different, just very relaxed.
I specialise in helping people with their self-esteem, confidence and happiness including in regards to specific conditions and stuckness. Hypnosis allows changes in life to happen faster than normal. Perhaps you are being held back by fears or phobias, a lack of confidence or self-esteem issues. Using hypnotherapy can help accelerate change via bypassing some of the conscious chatter and working directly with the roots of the issue.
With Therapeutic Hypnotherapy there are no swinging watches. It is not akin to stage hypnosis. Using simple techniques applicable to everyone, we can enter a state of hypnotic trance and enjoy a sense of relaxation and calm. I help people enjoy more effectiveness and success by eliminating the limiting beliefs and negative habits that have been holding them back. Some of these patterns can have developed as far back as childhood, but using inner child and regression techniques can be accessed and dissolved in a few sessions.

I combine hypnotherapy with talking therapy, using NLP and listening techniques to refine the nature of the issue involved before working hypnotically.
Hypnosis can be used to help treat a wide range of issues such as:
-
Smoking cessation and other addictive behaviours
-
Fears and phobias
